Great Video! My wife & I saw Theresa Gordon on TV and wanted to try the couples exercise video out. We have been doing this video together now for 1 year & both of us love it! I have lost 20lbs and she has lost 12lbs, its really easy to follow & fun! Way to go Theresa & Dan can't wait to try the downloads.
